This policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel your RagSap subscription and request a refund. We aim to be transparent and fair in our billing practices.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Once cancelled, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not charge cancellation fees.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are unhappy with your RagSap subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected].

3. Prorated Refunds and Upgrades

If you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, the unused portion of your previous plan will be prorated and credited toward your new plan. We generally do not offer prorated refunds for downgrades or mid-cycle cancellations after the initial 14-day period.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact our support team immediately so we can investigate and correct it without requiring a formal chargeback. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in the immediate suspension of your account.
