Which engine should I pick?

Start on RagSap Standard — it's the balance most businesses want. Move down to Fast if your questions are simple and you want instant replies, or up to Max if customers ask layered, technical questions that need real reasoning. You can switch any time from the bot's dashboard; nothing re-uploads and the bot never goes offline.

Will it make up answers?

RagSap only answers from the documents and data you provide, and every reply is checked against the source passages before it's sent. If it doesn't know something, it says so and offers to connect the visitor with your team — it never invents prices, policies, or facts.

Is my data safe?
